I had a very disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. I ordered two Italian ices, but one of them appeared to have melted and then refrozen when the young man handed them to me. When I asked to exchange it for a better one, he insisted that I still needed to pay for it. He even asked me what I wanted him to do with it. As a lady, I chose to pay for just one and walk away. He could really use some customer service training.
The teenagers working there seemed completely clueless about their responsibilities. While the ice was fine, the service was distinctly lacking. The staff's teenage friends loitered around the window, causing me to wait an unreasonably long time to place my order.
I never seem to find the flavor I’m craving. When they apologized for not having mint chip, I attempted to pick something else, but unfortunately, that ended up being the wrong flavor too!
The FDNY red cherry dessert, with its large chunks of real cherries, is excellent, but my favorite is the piña colada, which features real coconut and is absolutely delicious! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The Wi-Fi tends to disconnect during the evening when everyone is back in their hotel rooms. It is only reliable around noon and very early in the morning.
