Food was terrible. Seafood was old, lobster and shrimp were overcooked and too heavily seasoned, crab had brown spots and physically was starting to have old crab smell, risotto was completely inedible. Steak was ok. Tomatoes in burrata were clearly overripe/mealy. Server dumped a glass of wine in my wife's handbag, and they did not bother to offer to at least replace the glass. Server tried to tell my wife that there is no way the seafood wasn't fresh. BS, anyone who knows seafood knows when it is past its prime. And definitely not a cheap costing meal. Have had excellent meals here in the past but this ruined the memory of all of those in one shot. Unfortunately will not be going back agai...
Union Park has been our Cape May go to for decades. From our first visit we have been treated as friends rather than customers. When planning a special occasion party, Union Park was the only choice we considered. We knew that Bojidar Bob) John would do a great job. To say our expectations were exceeded would be an understatement. From the passed Hor's D'Oeuvres, to the delicious, served piping hot, entrees to the desert, Spot on. Not one guest failed to rave about the meal the service the atmosphere, the day of the event and in text and emails for days after. The day was very special for my wife, and I made even more memorable by all of our friends at Union Park.
The ambience and service were superb, a perfect spot for a romantic meal in Cape May. The server was professional and involved without being overbearing. The food was very good but not great. The appetizers were fair, with the crab cake being unimpressive. The entrees were quite good with the filets being perfectly cooked and tasty. The crème brûlée was truly outstanding. Overall a nice experience for visitors to Cape May from Maryland. When we are back in Cape May, we will pay the Union Park a return visit!
It was not our first time enjoying a dinner at Union Park. We all enjoyed our meal, and as always the service, Shirley was great. I do wish the extra fee for the extras is a bit high and the fact that they charge $5.00 for a small basket of rolls boarders on ridiculous. Ever other high end restaurant includes rolls with dinner. So we passed on this. I am glad they have continued with the fixed price menu, and glad they are BYOB. Overall a very nice meal. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Dinner was fantastic but we have never felt more rushed at dinner. 3 course dinner in under 45 minutes with the dining room half empty. The waitress waiting to take my plate with the last bite still on it. Not a great vibe. Have no idea what the rush was about.
Food was excellent. It is a little pricey but we thoroughly enjoyed it. We will return next year. Shirley was our server for the last 3 visits. We enjoy her personality and her professionalism.
It was an amazing dinner! The crabcake was delicious and the steak was the best I ever ate. The service was great! 5 stars for all!

Can’t go wrong here! Prix fixed menu—3 courses. Be sure to add the bread…delicious! Filet mignon is to die for!
