Update on April 2022 3 stars: We were so excited to return to Unit B with some friends who had never been. They wanted to celebrate a birthday and I assured them that this was the way to go. We made a reservation for 8pm a few weeks before and theday before they called us to tell us they had a last minute event and if we wanted to move it to 30 minutes earlier, so we did.Upon arriving we were told that the kitchen will be closing in 30 minutes and that we needed to get the orders in right away andfelt like we were pretty much being rushed out before we even got our water, so we figured we would start with a few appetizersbefore deciding the entrees, after all, we still had 30 minutes to orde...

I visited this restaurant with my family, and we had a fantastic experience. We ordered the five-meat platter, Bao buns with brisket burnt ends, and mashed yucca. The cocktails were a perfect 10/10, boasting excellent presentation, taste, and authenticity. The food itself was a bit disappointing at 6/10; it was quite salty, though it was incredibly tender and juicy right off the bone. The service, however, was exceptional—10/10. Our waiter was very attentive, frequently checking in on us, and they easily accommodated our party of six.

My son and I had dinner and drinks here last night, November 17, 2022. We sampled several drinks from the menu, all of which were beautifully presented and quite tasty. We shared the beef ribs served with yucca mash and a lobster tail. While the rib meat wasn't falling off the bone, it was still very flavorful. The lobster tail was also enjoyable. The standout dish of the evening, however, was the Mac and Cheese! It was anything but ordinary and absolutely delicious! The ambiance was lovely, and the service was excellent as well.

Open table showed a few reservations available for New Years Eve. We booked it. When we showed up, the restaurant was closed. Apparently Unit B and Opentable are confused about when the place is open or not. My family scrambled and were able to get another reservation at a place nearby. Pretty upsetting. Shame because the food and drinks there are good. Id recommend it but im sour so not for me. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Stepping into this place is an experience in itself. The drinks are fantastic, and the atmosphere is perfect. I’ll definitely return again and again, all thanks to Gabe. He not only crafts the best cocktails but also creates a wonderful vibe. I plan to come back as often as I can because of him! Highly recommended!

We had a great experience at Unit-B! Our bartender Leslie was fantastic, very knowledgeable about their great bourbon selection! We enjoyed her drinks and pours very much! The food was also top notch, and the service was 10/10! We will definitely be going back soon.

I had a wonderful experience at this charming little restaurant. The red decor creates a sophisticated and cool atmosphere that I really appreciate. The drinks and food are innovative and incredibly tasty. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Everything was outstanding! This place is a hidden gem in Pembroke Pines! Our server expertly recommended the perfect drink to match our tastes.
