Unfortunately experience most of the time. Although the grilled meats are respectable most of the time, the national student menu leaves to be desired on many points: little choice from 12:15, sometimes even no meat without supplement (unlike the national repository). On the quantities we speak of a very variable portion, ranging from reasonable to 200g in the main dish, and we never know if we will have the energy for the day. Some surprises include foods that have passed the date, including fruit (including lemons). The quality of the staff varies a lot, some very smiling and pleasant (it is for them the star), others who clearly do not appreciate their work and make too repetitive cashing...
Never tired of discovering new creations that can be used in this university restaurant day after day. Between dubious dishes, served cold and barely cooked, the very variable quantities and unfortunately too often insufficient, or sometimes perished foods, each day brings its lot of new products. In addition to this is the lack of choice that is quickly felt (from 12h 12h15) and the inefficiency of some employees who are unable to manage the cash or the pick-up to the grills. I could have put 2 stars for the friendliness of some staff members, but the increase in prices compared to last year and the impossibility of eating something other than vegetarian without paying supplements every Monday coming in addition to the already insufising dishes in terms of quality and quantity make that restaurant deserves not better than '1 star.
