We arrived at the restaurant and were seated right away. After 15 minutes of no one coming up to our table, my sister-in-law went and asked if someone could come and at least take our drink order. 10 minutes later a waiter came to our table and we placed our entire order. The food came 20 minutes later and my nieces cheeseburger had no cheese on it. I ordered the cheddar mushroom burger and no mushrooms were on the burger. We were running short on time so we did not bring the issue with the food to the waiters attention as we had already been there for so long.
I must admit that the top sirloin steak with rice pilaf and loaded mashed potatoes was absolutely fantastic. I requested it rare and it was cooked exactly the way I wanted. I received this as a complimentary birthday meal. My wife ordered the Uno pizza, which looked delicious. The service at the table was lacking, but the meal was satisfying. We only had one soda, and I wish we could have had more, but that's just how it goes.

To a technical problem, my order was not received by UNOs, so I sent a Facebook message to inform them about the issue. They immediately reacted to me and alerted their management team. Within an hour Kevin G, the General Manager, sent me directly by email and solved the problem. Kevin was friendly, professional and showed excellent customer service... just as important was the pizza delicious!

I visited this Uno's location last night, just before closing time. I was warmly welcomed and assisted by the general manager who took my to-go order. It's clear that the restaurant is feeling the effects of the national worker shortage, as reflected in their limited hours. However, they make the most of their available staff. My order was completed on time and was absolutely delicious.
Haven't been for years! Friend wanted to go for her birthday, and as a vegan I was not enthused and expected to eat nothing but lettuce. I'm happy I was wrong! Three, not one, not two, but THREE vegan pizza choices! Unheard of, at least to the places friends want to try. Server was not at all very good, which knocked the review from 5 star to 4.
It has been a while since I've had deep dish pizza, and this place did not disappoint. The vegetarian options were delicious. The staff seemed a bit short-handed, so there was a brief wait of 5 to 10 minutes before we were seated. However, once we were seated, our server Jen was very friendly and accommodating.
My dining companion and I had a great experience at dinner. The pizzas were outstanding, and the appetizer we ordered—a seafood cheesy dip served with garlic bread crostinis—was delightful. Our server, Emery, was extremely friendly. I definitely plan to return!

The food was incredibly fresh! The Caesar salad featured slices of Parmesan cheese and crispy romaine lettuce. The thin-crust veggie pizza I ordered was fantastic! The friendly service made for a delightful and delicious lunch experience.
good food good price. flavorful steak with shrimp. grilled veggys were amazing. Only minor issue was a little short staffed so waiting for check was extended. Overall though I can't complain much.
