Commendations go to Ariana our server. She was very efficient and personable. The overall rating was lowered for two reasons. The one problem that had the most negative effect on the rating was the appearance of the front lobby which was littered with trash such as an pieces of paper on the floor. When you walk into a restaurant, you do not want it to look dirty because you think, if it’s dirty out here, what does the kitchen look like? The second problem was that there was no house Chardonnay which is extremely unusual for any restaurant that features a bar area. Fortunately our exemplary service by Ariana made up for these problems but please be sure that the foyer is cleaned.
Four of us had dinner here last night. We could not have had a better experience. Nathan was our server he was absolutely delightful. He was very pleasant and engaging. He was on top of drink refills. Special requests like extra crispy bacon on burgers was absolutely perfect. The manager also stopped by to check on us. She was also lovely. We had a great evening. Food was excellent as was service.
We have been going here for many years. I was very surprised how bad it was this past Friday night for dinner. We waited over an hour for our dinners. TwoL email first, 15 minutes later the next two people got their dinners. Most of the dinners recall putting the soups. Very very unsatisfied, and shocked at the same time.
The service was quick and we were able to get a reservation really quick because we use OpenTable and due to our time limit they were so accommodating and we were able to get in and out so we can make it to our next event. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Great server! Very personable. Humorous birthday interlude for a guest. Very salty, buttery crust- clearly chain food. But my side salad was ample delicious.
The staff we had forgot to bring out our soup and salads, the. Did not even ask if we were interested in dessert just brought the check.
Restaurant was clean. Service was terrific and the food was great! I’ve added this spot to my list of go to places.
