We visited this restaurant with a group on St. Patrick's Day, and found the bar to be crowded. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - we had to wait two hours and still did not receive our food. Despite asking the waitress multiple times, we did not receive a satisfactory response. The customer service here is lacking and not worth the price.
My experience at this restaurant was awful. After waiting for 40 minutes, we had to ask the server when our food would be ready. They explained that they were overwhelmed with takeout orders and had just started preparing our meal. The food was decent, however, I have no desire to return to this restaurant.
We went to see the Celtic hillbillies perform and we were impressed. The band was great and the music was fantastic. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated and served delicious British food and drinks. We all had a fantastic time and can't wait to come back.
Has really come full circle, and now it’s one of the best pubs in town and now one of my favourite places. I’ll say this, It’s a great place to eat and drink, Staff are amazing. Come to UPSn Downs, try it once and I guarantee you’ll want to come back. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I really enjoyed meeting the owner by chance. Lovely man. My boyfriend and I trekked through a snow storm to grab some fish and chips and a couple beer. Great food, honest service and good vibes during pandemic times. Thanks guys keep on keeping on.
I phone 3.5 hours in advance to place an order for the pick up time I requested. I was told I cannot place an order ahead of time. What a way to not get future customers. Will not return!
Staff super rude, Covid Karen’s treating patrons like trash. We’ll remember those businesses that respected medical privacy and those who didn’t. Ups and downs is a real downer!
