This was my first, last, and only time going to Urban. The food and the service were equally horrible. First and foremost, we had a party of 4. When we arrived there was someone at the bar. ZERO seated customers. I saw maybe 2 pick up orders. There were plenty of staff. We seated ourselves, waited for a menu, waited some more, and finally had to ask them to bring us menus. Then we were told to order at the bar when we were ready. Excuse me? I didn't realize this was a fast food establishment. The prices certainly did NOT indicate a fast food type of establishment. The environment is great, but I came for great BBQ and sadly it was lacking. I've been in Tulsa Oklahoma for 8 years and those folks know BBQ. Everything here except the meat felt like it came from a catalog precooked and the meat was good but it didn't have nearly enough barbecue sauce on it to really get a flavor for the place. Over all it's okay but pricey for what you get
Large selection of drinks! We have to share the Urban Sampler and it was PLENTY of food. Tasty varieties of Bbq sauce try, although the meat didn't even really need it was so good. No bad price considering that it fed two people and how much food you have. Fast service, we wish we could have come during a busy time to enjoy the atmosphere more.

Had a good experience in Urban. I love the outdoor setting and the fun games. LOVED the roasted cheese balls for appetizer. However, the pulled pork was a bit dry and could give us more sauce. Loved the self-seat style if you are ready to place the bar and your order and if your meal is ready, they will bring it to your table.
I'm from the Finger Lakes region of NY. We have allot of excellent BBQ spots around us so that made this a hard review. I got the Brisket Sandwich. It was good. The sauce seemed a little lacking in flavor. The meat was tender and a good size portion. The mix drinks where damn good. The prices where on par with the area.
We needed a quick bite and shared some awesome appetizers. The loaded fries were outstanding and their homemade ranch is to die for. The mint julep is a must! The bartender really took pride in making it and he made it perfectly. Love the ice cold water available outside and the atmosphere was family friendly.
Very friendly staff, pulled pork was good, green beans excellent, corn bread amazing. Sauce mediocre. Pulled chicken not very good, and the “1/2lb” which is what is supposed to be both portions pictured, is most certainly not a half pound. The skimping on portions and bad pulled chicken lost 1 star each.

Very friendly staff, pulled pork was good, green beans excellent, corn bread amazing. Sauce medium. Chicken not very well pulled, and the ?1/2lb? that is, what should be both parts depicted, is certainly not half a pound. Jumping on portions and badly drawn chicken lost 1 star each.
In the mood for BBQ and beer and this place did not disappoint. The Mac and cheese and brisket was so good! Although we had the sampler so we liked it all. Hubby wanted ribs and they fell off the bone. Wasn?t too crazy about the sauces they provided but we didn?t really need it.
