Good food, what bothered me was the customer service. Left a bag in there filled with Valentines gifts, called to ask if they saw anything. They said no. I went back in to see for myself and asked one of the workers (blonde hair) and she said she had thrown it out. I asked her if she can get it, I even apologized myself, I understand it’s a bit annoying to get something out the garbage. She hardly checked and said she can’t find it, even though she admitted to throwing it out. So I had to get it myself, when I left they proceeded to laugh. Really don’t appreciate the way I was treated. Really don’t appreciate them throwing the bag out without holding onto it to see if anyone would come claim...
Very disappointing. I took two friends to eat at this place since the restaurant I usually go to in Cranford was closed. We all order burgers: wicked blue, byb veggie, and another one with brie. The place was empty, the decoration inside was nice, but the customer service needs improvement. It was my first time visiting the place (and it will be the last). Menus are pretty straightforward, but I expected the server to be more welcoming and explain the options. Instead, we were presented with menus and not a single word about the options. Unexpectedly walked in to try Urban Burger and I'm so glad I did! Easy summary that the food was DELICIOUS and service was GREAT.I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup, omg the grilled cheese was so perfectly cheesy and the tomato soup had a good flavor.My fellow table mates also ordered a cookies and cream milk shake, chili cheese fries, the Lincoln, and an onion ring burger. We were all soooo stuffed and happy. Nothing tasted bad.Our server was so kind and didn't miss a beat on anything we needed.Highly recommend Urban Burger and will return.
The burger was decent but the presentation was deceiving. I ordered the wicked blue burger and it looked nothing like the photo. Even on Yelp, the pictures showed a different, larger burger. What I received was a small burger with a thin patty and only one onion ring instead of three. The photo should accurately represent what customers actually get.

bring their own bottle and enjoy the food and put them vibe again. I visited with one of my friends and we had a great time. I'll be back soon. it's a small space, so they don't expect easy available seating during the rush hours.
The experience at this restaurant was underwhelming. The burger patty lacked flavor, the corn poppers were bland, and the Porky Sour Cream Fries were just okay, nothing special.
I enjoyed both dishes, but the fried pickles were served with blue cheese instead of the advertised sauce. Besides that, everything else was excellent!
Overall great atmosphere and experience. My favorite were the urban sauces used on the urban burger and the salchipapas. Great Place ?
