I had my hopes up for this place, as the menu looked good. We went here during a heat wave, partly to escape the heat. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was minimal, and although it was cooler than outside, I was lightly sweating the whole time, and I don't like very cold AC. Re the food, the server got one of our orders wrong, was politely apologetic, then brought the correct main course with the wrong potatoes. The fries were mediocre, and for some bizarre reason had sugar on them. Our other main course was good. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this restaurant. I placed a takeout order and arrived about 30 minutes later. I was told to wait a few more minutes, which I didn't mind since it was a busy Friday night. However, I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes before the hostess informed me that she had mistakenly given my food to someone else 20 minutes earlier. Her suggestion to reorder only meant I would have to wait yet again. I've had their food before, and it's decent, but I can't imagine a worse experience in terms of service.
One of our favorite places to stop for dinner on our way to our campsite. They have a great selection of drinks, a delicious rotating menu, and a friendly staff. We haven't been disappointed yet! Plus, their deck is dog-friendly as long as the dogs are well-behaved and respectful of the resident cat that lounges there.
Ended up here for lunch because Freeport was packed and busy. Just a little farther up the road and a great choice. All four of us enjoyed our meals. The sesame ginger salad dressing stood out. The staff were friendly, and the menu, while simple, offered delicious options that catered to all tastes. We enjoyed our meal on the patio, where we were entertained by a playful cat.
This place is next to a garden center in the middle of nowhere but it has the best organic food. You won't regret eating here. It's a hidden gem. Worth the trip to eat here
Everything was outstanding. We absolutely love this place. The food is delicious, and the service is incredible. It's definitely the best spot in the area!
