While chatting with our waiter, we learned he is the manager, Ben. He shared that Urbane Café is a family-run business with 31 locations. Our dishes were well-presented, tasty, and fresh. We did lower our rating slightly because we usually expect higher quality Ahi tuna, but the tuna we had was perfectly seared. As a nice touch, the manager offered us free cookies since it's a tradition for first-time customers. Be sure to mention that Omar sent you when you visit, and don’t forget to grab your complimentary cookies!

This place in Pasadena is a MUST-visit! The restaurant was spotless, the food was served incredibly quickly, and it was absolutely delicious. Both the cashier and the server provided AMAZING customer service—so kind and friendly that we felt very WELCOMED! It's been YEARS since I've been to a restaurant with all these crucial elements! One small thing I wish they offered is house coffee; I believe coffee is essential in these types of restaurants. Other than that, I’d give it a 1000 out of 10!
This is one good place to go if you like fresh salad, grain or noodle bowls and sandwiches. The focaccia bread is baked in house and is used to prepare all their sandwiches. The beef chimichurri and cilantro chicken are family favorites. The freshly baked cookies are chewy and delicious. One can’t go wrong with their double chocolate cookie and the cranberry white chocolate.
I came here for a healthier fare.I liked that nutrition information was provided.Everything is prepared fresh.You order and then they give it to go but you can eat there.Clean restaurant with updated modern decor.I had a chicken sandwich with Brie and it was a solid 10/10. I also had a salad.Definitely recommend and sad we don’t have this in Canada.

This is unacceptable! I ordered the chicken cilantro salad, I gave urbane cafe a second chance and I got disappointed like the first one, CHEF PLEASE PAY MORE ATTENTION WHAT IT COMES OUT OF YOUR KITCHEN! Never come back!
Fast casual on another level. Great spot! Tritip steak sandwich and ahi tuna bowl left me feeling good about the world. Bread reminded me to enjoy the simple things.
