The food was fresh, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the restaurant was well-maintained. I ordered a Cobb salad that included applewood bacon and opted to pay an extra $3.00 for added chicken. My son chose a turkey sandwich. The food wasn’t bad; in fact, it was enjoyable but it didn’t quite reach greatness. My main issue was with the portion sizes of the proteins. The bacon in my salad was so sparse that I had to dig through the greens to ensure they hadn’t forgotten it. I found a few tiny pieces, but there was so little that it was almost undetectable in the salad. Pretty delicious and a nice healthy lunch place. I love the variety of flavors and options. They do both cold and warm sandwiches. I got the Mediterranean Chicken, which was cold. It was big enough that I saved the other half for another meal later. However, the flavor while good, wasn 't very strong, and it felt like everything on the sandwich was just mild . My niece got a kid 's cheese pizza and it was great compared to most child menu options. Would recommend if you want something that feels healthy and isn 't the normal run of the mill items. Also, I really only tried one sandwich, and they have a lot more options!
This restaurant was truly disappointing. I ordered a salad, and it was poorly made. I expected better since I tipped generously, but that didn’t seem to matter. I was really hungry, yet I ended up leaving the food untouched on the table and walked out. I should have addressed my concerns with the manager, but I was so let down that I didn't want to try anything else. The atmosphere was uninviting, and the service left much to be desired. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory dining experience.
I haven't been here in awhile since they discontinued my favorite soup. I decided to place an online order today. I get to the end of the ordering process. They FORCE you to create an account to finish your order. You can't just check out as a guest. You've MUST sign up for their stupid rewards program to order takeout. NO THANKS. I just wanted lunch not a flood of marketing texts and emails. You know how restaurants earn my loyalty? Decent food and decent service. Never again.

The menu is awesome. Hard to decide what to eat. It all sounds good. They offer vegetarian menu too. I ate the chicken sandwich with pesto, sundried tomatoes and mozzarella. Came on flat bread. Juicy chicken cooked to perfection. Came with a healthy salad. The soup looks good too so next time I will try it. The iced tea tasted unique. Very good. The Staff was very nice and friendly. I will definitely eat here again.
There’s been a significant improvement in every aspect. The salads are not only visually appealing but also incredibly fresh and tasty. I particularly enjoyed the Ahi Salad shown below. The staff at the counter are much more professional, making for a vastly improved experience compared to before. Whatever changes you've implemented, thank you!
The service here is speedy and highly efficient. I am a huge fan of the UC shrimp bowl, which includes brown rice, yam, grilled corn, kale, and shrimp that are consistently cooked to perfection. The condiments and sauce add great flavor to the dish. This bowl absolutely deserves to stay on the menu!
I've had their food several times in Visalia before heading to Sequoia, and it's consistently been excellent and reasonably healthy! I'm really excited that they've opened a location nearby. I know I'll be dining here frequently!
