Urbisol - Tisch reservieren

Hace muchos años que lo conocíamos y hacía mucho tiempo que no habíamos ido, pero el recuerdo era que se comía muy bien. Pues eso será como montar en bicicleta, no se pierde. Hicimos la reserva con tiempo, aunque no era necesario, porque el día que fuimos estaban tranquilos y había mesas disponibles. Compartimos los primeros y elegimos de su carta los segundos, un plato de carne y otro de pescado. Fue tal y como lo recordábamos, comida sin complicaciones, bien presentada, bien cocinada y muy sabrosa. Productos de calidad, proximidad, muy bien tratados y servidos. Quiero destacar, entre los servidos, el carpaccio de buey con virutas de parmesano y aceite de oliva virgen, las costillas de cabr...

The cook is excellent and all what we ate was top. Local mushrooms with egg and bacon; Beef Sirloin in several sauces and different cooking points. The cooking point of the meat really gives an idea of the cook experience and level. The deserts also magnificent. Very very recommendable. The dinning room is not too Big. Very comfortable and welcoming. Make sure you have a table booked in advanced. It can happen at lunch time that this is totally full. Nights are a little more relaxed. If staying at the Hotel, do not forget to live the experience of the breakfast. This is also TOP
