I tried the vegan panini here and it was absolutely amazing like mind blowing yummy but it's the only entree item you can order off the menu! It comes with a small salad and olives with a vinaigrette you could die for. (I think there was one or two vegan side items possibly... Pesto and mushrooms and all sorts of deliciousness on the panini. It's a great portion size but I'd think it was so delicious because of all the oil covering the ingredients haha. My fingers were oily by the end of it but I'd definitely grab it again every so often. I went the Urth Caffe on Melrose Avenue while on vacation. This is a great little place with really tasty food. I ordered the mediterranean plate with grilled artichokes, feta cheese, grape leaves, hummus, tabouli, roasted peppers and mixed olives garnished with mint, basil and pure olive oil served with pita bread We had to wait in a line to order our food, and luckily the wait staff found us an available table out on the sidewalk. The wait staff also delivered our drinks and food and were there to get anything else if necessary. So I had bad experiences to get only drinks at another location in Urth Caffe, but was in the area and decided to give this location an attempt to lunch. The line to be ordered was a little long (a little started at the bottom of the stairs), but moved relatively fast. There were no menus in the stand outside so we looked out the menu online. I have half the Urth salad and a Urth ice tea (half-limone neck) and they were both good. My husband got a pizza, vegetarian chili and carrot juice with ginger and enjoyed everything. Although it was quite busy, there were some tables available and they were cleaned quite quickly between customers. I'd definitely come back here.
Came here expecting a great experience and left feeling disappointed. I ordered a margarita pizza, Reuben sandwich, fruit tart, and large latte. $47. I tipped the server $10 because of their helpful demeanor only to be given a small latte and be charged the difference when I told the server of their mistake. I couldn't believe they would charge me $1.60 difference for their initial mistake. Food was lackluster great texture but lacking flavor. Definitely go elsewhere. Not worth your time.
Good place to have a coffee and some pastries. We ordered Napoleon cakes, a Urth Dolce, a Spanish latte and a Bobba tea. The servings were HUGE, I couldn't even finish my latte and the cake. The order was fast, everything was super tasty and the place was clean. Didn't try to actually eat, but the coffee was on point. Spent $27 between the 3 drinks and the cake
Fun spot w yummy offerings. Our favorite was the natural beef hash and the baked goods. The poached eggs on the eggs salmone were cold and a bit too undercooked not a great combo. The juices were freshly squeezed and the boba teas were good. Pizza was so so.
I was here a few times. Your food is always good. However, I would really recommend their pizza, which is the product that I really enjoy it very delicious. The atmosphere is very chilly really nice place to meet some friends.
Breakfast. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the environment is sweet. I had an Egg White and Spinach Panini it was so good. It came with a tomato sauce. I tried the new Sunshine smoothie... a healthy and refreshing drink.
The few vegan options are really good. The chocolate cake is vegan and it is so good. For their drinks they offer a variety of vegetable milk.
