I wish I could not give stars. First we get there and sat on the terrace. But then no one came back to serve us. I had to look for a server and ask. She was great for her credit and tried her best to make sure. But then... the flies outside were cruel. Can you figure out something to help with that? Then they screw up my friends little personal pizza. 6? Pizza, but still the ones they screwed out, but they offered us to keep the cursed. Great. appreciate that, but we waited a good 45min to get the replacement. At that time, we just have to go. The flies were so bad. Anyway... overall a bad experience. Will avoid this place in the future.
I can't praise the excellent service at the Hillcrest location enough! Our recent visit with a large group of 35 was outstanding! Our two servers, Mandy and Evie, were particularly remarkable! They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and didn't skip a beat. You could tell they take pride in their work! (They definitely deserve a raise.) The food was delicious, the drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere was delightful! Thank you, US Pizza (Hillcrest), for accommodating our large party! I highly recommend it, and we will definitely return!
We always call in our order, and they provide us with an accurate wait time every single time! We never have to wait; when we arrive, the food is always ready, hot, and delicious! While everyone knows that pizza in the U.S. is fantastic, this place takes it to the next level! With their excellent customer service and welcoming atmosphere, it’s a must-visit for anyone in Hillcrest!
We always call in our order, they tell us how long it's going to be and that's how long it is every time! We never have to wait, we show up, the food is ready, hot, and delicious every single time! Everybody knows U.S. Pizza is great but this location makes it even better! With their customer service and just all around atmosphere you should go see the staff at Hillcrest! found this place about a month ago and been 4times since .had LG.pizza and LG salad today for lunch the food was awesome and salad perfect the service was on time and respectful and really was satisfied with the experience.its a small feeling experience foe private lynchings or your own happy place you'll cherish cause I have now .thankyou guys ...mark Dungan.
This could be the fanciest US pizza location out of any that I have ever been to! They’ve got multiple outdoor patios, some of them covered and some of them with umbrellas over the tables. The indoor seating is extensive and there’s also an upstairs seating area, which I assume is for large groups. The food is great, as always and the staff was very friendly.
You can always count on US Pizza for a fantastic meal. Their pizza is consistently excellent, but I didn't realize their brunch would be just as delightful. We had a wonderful time, and the waitstaff was exceptional. I will definitely be returning for brunch and mimosas!
One of my favorites. You have the best pizza, sandwiches, salads. You also have the coldest design in Little Rock. This special location is truly stunning. Dog-friendly, beautiful terrace to enjoy outside when you want. I eat at least 2 times a week. Very recommended. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
You can never go wrong with US pizza. You always have great pizza, but I didn't know her brunch was as good as it was. We had a great time, the waiting staff was amazing. I'll be back for Brunch and Mimosas.
