Wir übernachteten im Hotel La Val und aßen im Ustria Miracla. Das Restaurant, dessen Fotos im Internet veröffentlicht sind, verfügt über Tische, die zwischen den einzelnen Personen gut verteilt sind, mit einem Bankettbereich, der keinen Blick auf die Berge bietet, dafür aber privater ist, während Fenstertische eine hellere und luftigere Aussicht bieten. Allerdings sind alle Tische angenehm und von guter Größe. Das Menü umfasst etwa sechs Optionen für jeden Gang, wobei es auch drei oder vier Gänge gibt. We were staying at Hotel La Val and dined at the Ustria Miracla. The restaurant, the photographs are posted online, has tables nicely spaced between each person with a banquette area which does not have a view of the mountains but is more private, whilst window tables have a more light and airy view. However, all tables are pleasant and of a good size. The menu comprises around six options for each course with a three or four course option. We chose the chicken salad, curry soup, local fillet of beef and the cordon bleu. The style of the cuisine is relatively mainstream with uncomplicated sauces and flavours, but delicately combined. Wir haben hier während unseres Aufenthalts im Hotel zu Abend gegessen, von Anfang bis Ende war alles perfekt, das Hotel bietet ein fantastisches 4-Gänge-Menü zum Abendessen mit einer guten Auswahl zum Kombinieren. Die Vorspeisen und die Suppe waren perfekt und perfekt zubereitet. Der Hauptgang war auch sehr gut. Alles in allem ist das Essen und das Ambiente absolut perfekt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn wir wieder in Brigels sind
We had dinner here along with our stay in the hotel, everything from start to finish is perfect, the hotel has a fantastic 4 course menu for dinner with good choices to mix and match.The starters and the soup was perfect and prepared to perfection. Nothing more to add. Perfect in terms of quantity, quality and visual presentation. It is almost impossible to find the right balance without sacrificing one of these features - and they totally nailed it. The staff can read your thoughts before you even realize what you want. I've seldom eaten that well. A MUST!

As we were staying in the hotel we ate here 4 times in the evening. Raffaele and his team were very welcoming, very friendly and the service from all was impeccable. The choice of food to eat was superb and tasted so. Beautifully presented. Compliments to the chef and his team. Great atmosphere.

nice place to dine... we had it including a "Geburtstagsständchen" for my wife ???? The menue was delicious and the servive was at the point.....
