We ate here two evenings as we were staying in the hotel (separate review) and there doesn't seem to be anywhere else nearby. It was asparagus season and as neither of us is too keen this rather restricted our choice. Having said that, the asparagus soup was excellent! Trinser Raviuls, a local specialty of pear filled ravioli, were very nice. Chicken and chips was superb lots of crispy coated chicken wings and proper chips. Pork dishes and plum and lemon sorbets were also very good. On the Saturday evening the restaurant was packed so service was rather slow as they didn't seem to have hired any extra staff. However, they were all very friendly and helpful.

Between Andermatt and Chur you find no better place to stop and eat than the Ustria Parlatsch. The food is gourmet, but the price is not. Meals are prepared under the guidance of a Parisian cook, but the kitchen is as local as possible. We found the restaurant randomly on the street and what a happy accident it was!

Our children love the place too. this time we went with a large group of four families, and the service was still great. we have our food fast, staff was friendly and food was awesome again! Come back soon!

Become a local institution, well established family business. The chef has now retired, but the new management deserves the praise to preserve the spirit of the place, old favorites are still on the menu.

wonderful family restaurant. large Swiss menu, good beer and super playback for young children. friendly personal and clean baby changing area. worth a visit.
