The only non-vegetarian restaurant I've ever been to whose staff was happy and excited to meet our diet requirements! They made the Chinese broccoli with soya and garlic sauce instead of the usual oyster and beat a vegan hot pot that had 2 types of tofu. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and I was most impressed that they confirmed to bring out every dish that it was totally vegan. After our meal, they suggested we try salt and pepper tofu next time, which is not on the menu, but they remembered from the time we ordered that we did not ask for a ginger or lemongrass into anything (what is their usual tofu).
