VN Noodle is a great place to eat. We have eaten inside the restaurant many times, but we tend to get take-out more often. The proprietor and staff are very friendly and accommodating; the service is good and reasonably quick. The restaurant atmosphere is “no frills” in terms of decor, but is comfortable, welcoming and clean. There’s no loud music that makes it hard to converse. They have an excellent pho -both the beef and chicken are very tasty- and for me, it’s usually enough for two meals. My kids (and I) LOVE their fried rice (which has a slightly different look and taste than the Chinese fried rice to which many are accustomed, but VN’s recipe is, in my opinion, superior). I ordered the vegetarian stir fried rice noodles with veggies. It also came with tofu. I really liked the sauce because it made the dish juicy. It could have been a bit more flavorful so I added some hoisin. We also got the clay pot which had the same veggies (Napa cabbage, carrots, broccoli, snap peas, baby corn, and mushrooms) with crunchy rice and veggie pho. What made the pho good was that it wasn’t as salty as some places. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegetarian and gluten free options.
In addition to the delicious food, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly, and accommodating, ensuring that our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, VN Noodle House is a true gem of a restaurant that I highly recommend. Whether you are a fan of Vietnamese cuisine or looking to try something new, you won't be disappointed by the quality of food and service here. I will definitely be returning soon to explore more of their menu offerings.
One of the very best Vietnamese restaurants in Maryland. They have an extensive menu along with weekly specials like bun Bo hue and duck noodle soup. Plus if you’re new to Vietnamese food, they will gladly explain all the dishes and sauces. BTW be sure to get the lemonade and the combo spring rolls. I've had a lot of Vietnamese food and this place beats every other place I have ever been. The pho broth is perfectly balanced and the flavors meld wonderfully, the combo crispy pork spring rolls... Omg and the quail... The quail... Just get the quail! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
