In all objectivity, it's not bad but... let's say that the products are fresh, it's undeniable and so much better in terms of fish. But an example: Saint-Jacques dish in Bourboulenc at 25,50€ served with tagliatelles cooked with water and frankly without seasoning at all, and all in a rather summary presentation. Fish pareillade at 29,50€ not too bad as the different species are rather small, but better than for the St-Jacques because accompanied by a gratin of potatoes and a small carrot purée. Correct desserts, consumption at normal prices. Finally, the reception was at first a bit cold for us but especially for other customers who arrived after us who asked if they could have a little sha...
