First of all, I wanted to talk to m. dubois. How to judge an exceptional table! either during your experience or by saying catastrophic that you had the covid and feel nothing. either you really have some puppy tastes in culinary matters. Go to the flunch or hamburger king there, you'll be satisfied. !!!! This restaurant is really exceptional. The welcome of the whole team is up. dishes are varied taste and change very regularly. The chief is a magician. for information how do you want beet not to have a taste of earth? while it comes out of the whole earth? I don't understand your comments. then in the future stay at home and stop criticizing the courageous people who want to give pleasure...
It's okay, hot. the staff is very pleasant. food was good and of quality. However, by choosing a starred restaurant, I am looking for a culinary experience and an impeccable service. what I've lived in other stars. here, the kindness was there, but the quality of the service was not that of a star: a little wait between the dishes (the restaurant was full but still) the composition of the dishes is too little explicit. It was good. but not the little or big waouh we're waiting for a dish of a starred table. well cooked fish but with no special flavour, idem for vegetables, the purée house looked like closed eyes to an industrial purée. Amuse-bouche, entry, original predessert and very good....
Not necessarily used to gourmet restaurants, we nevertheless quickly become at ease once we have taken stock of the order in which the cutlery is used 4-course menu, delicious and refined from start to finish, the chef comes to each course to explain his creation, we pick from the neighbor's plate so as not to miss any flavor.
amply deserved, the val d'auge rejoices from its mouths to its powerful chocolate dessert. flavors, presentations, service: this restaurant assumes its ambitions and respects the codes of the red guide while surprising our taste buds. very nice taste experience!
