UPDATE: The restaurant contacted me regarding an issue with the menu that occurred last minute. I appreciate their willingness to address it, as most places wouldn’t bother. The rest of the food was fantastic and shouldn't be overshadowed by a misunderstanding about the sub roll. Their customer service was excellent! I usually love this restaurant, which is why I don't want to give them a review under 3 stars, but tonight was a bit disappointing. My boyfriend ordered me an eggplant parm sub, which was supposed to come on a hoagie roll, but no one informed him that they were out of rolls.
