I'm someone who loves a great Saturday morning breakfast after a long and gruesome week. I decided to try somewhere else other than IHOP and ended up randomly coming to Valbrook Diner. From when I first entered the establishment, I was greeted with courtesy and I knew right then and there that they valued their customers. I was granted the choice to sit where I wanted. The atmosphere was very welcoming and everyone seemed to be happy. The sweet aroma of the food floating through the air made my mouth watery. The waitress was nice. The food was delicious and served at just the right temperature. After ordering the French toast, turkey sausage, and hash, I was pleasantly surprised by how good the French toast was—no syrup needed! I really enjoyed it and felt satisfied without needing to eat a second serving. I also finished half of a turkey sausage, which I didn't find particularly appealing, but I thoroughly enjoyed my French toast and half of my eggs. The horned beef hash was cooked to perfection, and I had to try it even though I was already full. At Valbrook Diner, you definitely get your money's worth! I celebrated my birthday with several family members at Valbrook Diner for lunch. We had a group of 14, including both adults and children, and everyone was treated exceptionally well. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. They accommodated our special requests without any issues. It was our first visit to the diner, and we all agreed that we would definitely return. The photo shows a pastry they brought to me in honor of my birthday. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for everyone!
Horrible experience. Food was mediocre and service was subpar. The manager is rude and should be fired or sent for some customer service or manners training. They charged me a $2 fee because I asked for a plate for my 2 year old and when questioned about it, manager just showed attitude. I would give it 0 if I could. Would never go back. The waffles are absolutely fantastic! During my last visit, I also tried the burgers, which were delicious. They really focus on cooking them to the perfect temperature.
