young amateur couple of very good restaurants (started,) we wanted to test the valdys with its magnificent terrace: a real cata for service. when we arrive at the reception we are asked the reservation name (ok) and if we have a smartbox (no) then at the restaurant they do not find our reservation (???) and we are still asked if we have a smartbox (not yet) so I conclude that it is better to abstain for the smartbox...We had come for the lobster dish but we were told that there was not a mice this evening were served by the same server that told us just before that there was no. Moreover, once the dessert card was brought, we waited for more than 30 minutes than the server came to see us to...
The quality of the dishes: quite correct, but...2h30 to eat, it happened 55 minutes between our arrival and the time our entrance ( 6 oysters full of shells.) we waited for the note 10 minutes at the entrance of the restaurant, no one told us to go to the reception of the hotel to settle. And we waited again 10 minutes...the note doesn't tint ready...Serveurs scams, shells in oysters, correct dishes without being extremely refined....We don't advise, the sea view does not catch up with the mediocrity of the whole.
enjoying a pass discovered during the day, we book for lunch in the thalasso restaurant. It was a very good discovery and a real treat for the palace. a very friendly welcome, a quick and pleasant service when arriving at the door at noon, a splendid view, dishes worthy of a gourmet restaurant. a fine and excellent cuisine, just in the cooking and flavors, a presentation of colorful, sought-after and original dishes. a very good address to keep.
I have lunched twice in this restaurant, it was every time excellent (from high-end cuisine for a very good value/price ratio, count approx. 18 eur the dish.) the child menu only 10 eur is bluffing (delicious with real nice servings, homemade frittes.) sea view of the terrace if the weather permits. it is best to book.

excellent kitchen but deplorable service for people who do not reside in the hotel. forgetting apero cakes, bread, a single knife, a glass of wine ordered that never happened... no interest of waiters vis-à-vis us about the meal while they did it with the guests of the hotel.
very good restaurant with a remarkable view - we went there with a box but will return there because it was succulent - a great freshman in cooked dishes - fine and sought-after cuisine with local products - recommended
