I was really looking forward to trying the hot dogs here, but I have to say they were truly disappointing. I had high hopes for Valentine's, but it ended up being quite a letdown. There was only one staff member who spoke very little English, making it difficult to place my order. The service was slow and riddled with miscommunication. As for the cheese dogs I ordered, they were lacking in cheese—the staff simply added a slice of cheese to the hot dog instead of a proper mix. Overall, it was not a good experience.
Gross. Asked for an Italian Poutine and got under cooked fries with watery vegetable sauce with carrots. There was no meat sauce whatsoever. I've had their poutines at other locations and they were good. Don't waste your money here.
All the restaurants in Place Vertu are absolutely fantastic! The food is delicious, and the service is outstanding. The staff is the best—always friendly and helpful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Slow service.I had to wait for a little while for someone to show up at the counter.The burger is ok,there are better burgers.The poutine is good and a good size.
