The food is ok but the home delivery service is awful. A 40-50 min delivery took almost 2 hours so there is little point ordering food when you are hungry. You call to ask where the order is and they simply lie and tell you 5 mins. When the food does arrive, it’s soggy as it’s been in the car for the last hour and full of moisture. This review is based on 3 different experiences, not a single order. From now on I’ll use LITTLE ITALY.
I placed an order and was informed it would take 40 minutes. After waiting for an hour without any delivery, I called to check on my order. I was then told it would take another 40 minutes, though they couldn't guarantee it. I'm quite disappointed with the service I've received so far.
Ordered a tuna and mushroom pizza with added garlic and peppers. After 1 hour and 20 mins wait I got a cheese and tomato with a couple of peppers on it. Tried to eat it anyway but it was awful. Worst takeaway I've ever ordered from.
