The conveyor ovens they currently use can be inconsistent and often cook too quickly, so asking for it well done ensures it is fully cooked. The lunch express remains a great value, and waiting in line or for a little bit is actually a positive sign; it means you’re more likely to receive a fresh pizza. When it’s prepared properly, it tastes just like you remember, but if it’s undercooked, it ends up tasting more like a mix of ingredients than an actual pizza. The coming decade will be crucial—will they be able to maintain their quality, or will it continue to decline gradually?
Valentino's was a pleasant experience. The location is great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. When I had a question, they responded quickly and seemed very knowledgeable. My only personal preference was that I didn't prefer the way they prepared their pepperoni pizzas, with the pepperoni placed under the cheese. However, that's just my taste, and it doesn't reflect any issues with Valentino's itself.
The line was out the door! It was very busy but they got thru everyone quickly and efficiently. There were a few tables and I sat in with my kids to eat. The veggie pizza, salad, and breadsticks tasted great. Staff was friendly and the manager Theodore was great. I’ll be back! Kid-friendliness: There were a few tables available to sit with the kids.
I like this place but wish it had more seating. Take out the 1 liter Pop cooler and add another table. Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies to add to a pizza. Parking: Adequate Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Ordered spaghetti with Sicilian sauce, they called right when I was leaving to pick it up, they couldn’t do this. They should have told me when I made the order, I would have went somewhere else!
They have an express lunch special that is very reasonable, along with a small salad bar. Usually around $9-$10. Express lunch ends at 1330
The staff is always friendly and pleasant, and the quality of the food remains consistently high.
