Great fish and chips, best around the Freo area.Have been here many times over the years and each time it has always been spot on. We ordered 2 Gold Band Snapper ($18 a serve)and $3 chips (the chips and fish were excellent). We couldn't eat all the chips and got 3 bits of fish (no left overs there).Always love to head down the hill to Bicton Bathes and enjoy the meal looking over the river. If the wind is blowing it is the best place to be. Bicton Bathes on the Swan River is only 2 minutes away from the shop, so your tucker wont get cold.This time on a Friday we waited 15 mins before we got our meal as they were quite busy, but worth the wait, even got fresh lemons.Well recommended even thou...
Rang through our order. Stirling burger with brie cheese as an extra. 2 small fish and chips as well. Previous visits have shown us the small fish and chips isnt that small. And as always the fish and chips are fantastic.Now, the Stirling burger. My god, can a burger get any bigger? No! It was humongous, couldn't take a decent bite. And it was a really tasty burger, one of the best I've had in a very long time. Great value, great tasting fresh fish and chips and fab burgers. Its a little further away for us, but its well worth the drive. We'll be back!
we've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. my parents had a load and my father is a fisherman. I love this place. we have never had a problem that serve are always generous, service is always friendly and happy, and their prices are affordable. I recommend
Family owned business who source their fish from their own boats apparently. Fish and chips are always great quality, clean oil, good quality fish, fast service.Also easy location to grab your fish and chips and hook down to the river with your glass of whatever your poison is. Regularly enjoy fish and chips from here. The staff are extremely polite and attentive. I like the choice of fish available. The salads are excellent. A choice of how the fish is to be cooked is an absolute bonus.
