I purchased two frozen packages of your manicotti at Apple Crest Farms in Hampton Falls,N.H. and it was nothing but pure mush when cooked according to directions. The pasta had disintegrated and tasted horrible. I Had to throw it away! Was so embarrassed as I had company. I paid $14.00 ea. for that mess! I thought you should know! Please don't tell me something must be wrong with my oven. It's new and everything else cooks fine.
My partner is a chef, and I enjoy cooking as well. We bought your ravioli and prepared a sauce using tomatoes, onions, garlic, and basil, all sourced from local farms. It was heavenly! Your ravioli is exceptional—truly exceptional. I can't wait to try every variety and visit the farm shop!
I got garlic scape pasta from my CSA…..I wanted to love it because it was made locally….sorry but, it was like wallpaper pasteI’ll stick to making my own pasta

Just got a pack of the lobster ravioli’s for dinner from the Billerica Farmers Market and they are incredible!!! So delicious and fresh!!!
The pasta here is absolutely delicious! It's expertly prepared and freezes well. I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10!
