I'm still sitting at the bar at Vallartas and just want to say that hands down, this has been the best restaurant, Mexican or otherwise, I have visited. If you are withing 100 miles of this place, it's worth the detour.

Best Trio Fajita’s we’ve had in a very long time! Carne Asada Burrito was also fantastic.
