We spent several very pleasant days on this Beach with Restaurant between April and May this year and found the family running it to be charming and attentive to all our needs. The Restaurant was nice and most of our Meals were excellent in fact I should change that to ALL our meals were great. The young man running the Beach side of the business was extremely helpful and his knowledge of English saved the day on many occasions.It was his first year at running this particular place and he was super efficient. Thank you Damian for making our short break one to remember.
Went in yesterday afternoon for a couple of hours with my 15yo son, rented 2 sun loungers. The blond hair guy in charge of the beach was simply awful !!!! Abrupt, cold, ignorant, condescending, unfriendly .... I have been visiting this region for 25 years, used to go to the "Provence" beach situated between Golfe Juan and Juan les Pins, unfortunately gone over the last couple of years.... Vallauris plage has all the basics to learn in terms of customer service, an awful experience I have had, I will never go there again.
it took ages to get anywhere I have been just sitting there for over 30 minutes to get the list of wine and to be informed what is the suggestion of food .I could see that several visitors left the place The food has been not even avarage I could have had much better food in any other place at this price . I am sorry , that this beach restaurant in a wonderful area serves this kind of food and on top one has to wait 1hour before you get anything and this in the low season.
My wife and me had twice lunch within last two weeks in Vallauris Plage and enjoyed our time tremendously.The place is simple but wonderful.Despite few negative eperiences we read in trip advisor my wife e.g. enjoyed her burger very much today. I had a salade du chevre as a starter and afterwards a branzino - well prepared, tasty - wonderful.The service was again very friendly...... We will come again soon. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Vallauris Plage is a restaurant on the beach with views of Cap d'Antibes. We first spent the morning on the beach and rented beach chairs and towels. Then a fabulous lunch at the restaurant. The new chef, Nicolas, made sure this lunch was one of the best meals we had visiting the Cote D'Azur!
We discovered this restaurant and its private beach on day 1 of our holiday and decided to go there every day! The food was varied, reasonably-priced and delicieux and the staff were incredibly friendly and hard-working.

clean and tidy very busy,typically french,kept clean overnight,sand sifted,private parts can be pricey for beds and food .
