A friend and I stopped by here as we did our shopping errands! Vampire Penguin is located in the EAT UP! Food court with plenty of seating area for big groups and families. Had a handful of people come through here for their work lunch breaks.We ordered the Vietnamese coffee with egg foam, which has the perfect amount of caffeine and sweetness! Located left side of 99 with chicken n rice and noodlosophy. Got the padan egg waffle (also had ube flavor) for $5. Nothing wow! about it since it 's just an egg waffle. THe building looks like it was an extra empty space so they just occupied it with togo food. There 's only 1 tablet kiosk though and only good if you need to grab a quick bite. Not sure about the other items they had, but I 'd go somewhere else for dessert or boba.
Located near Ranch 99 there are a few little counter service places in the same location. Great for picking up chicken meets rice and a boba! You can order from iPad or at the counter and it comes out decently fast. They also don't charge extra for multiple kinds of toppings.
It 's a 0 if possible! Sooo flavorless shaved ice, Oreos tasted stale, milk tea tasted soo generic for Hokkaido milk tea , and steamed are still cold in the center.Sacramento branch was way better!
