Unfortunately, our recent experience at this takeout restaurant was very disappointing. We have ordered from this place before and the food was normally good. However, when we picked up 8 orders of zereshk polo for a gathering yesterday, the quality was extremely low. We had requested white meat, but received brown meat instead. The chicken broth was thin and filled the takeout container, with the chicken pieces being very small. The rice was bland with only zereshk and a thin layer of saffron rice topping. The manager Minoo was so rude to me today. She had so much resistant to refund me for a $10 moisturized and bad almond that I bought from the store. First of all she had an excuse that because of the weather, the quality is so low!!! Usually when we ask the managers in this situation, they try to be respectful and will accommodate as much as they can but she was so much aggressive to me and didn’t even want to liste. I’m so sorry for the business owners that they put such a rude manager to take care of their business. The money doesn’t matter for me, but the way that I’ve been treated.
The other day, I entered the store with my 6-year-old daughter, and because the weather was rainy and the floor inside the store was wet, my daughter fell. I told this to the owner and protested, but the owner left the place without apologizing to me. The owner and his wife are very rude. I am thinking of suing them because the floor inside the shop was wet and my daughter's hand was injured.Their behavior was very unfair and rude and this behaviour made my daughter very upset and had a negative effect on her mood.
We absolutely love coming here for not only their hot food, but for the great selection of Middle Eastern and other less encountered items! We travel from Niagara to Richmond Hill to go to Heeva simply for their Nan e Taftoon and kebabs. I love to order their barg kebob with rice. It is absolutely delicious! It’s very simple food, which is perfect when you’re not looking to eat something too complex. The food is very flavourful, I always add the butter they provide to the meat with the seasoning that comes with it in a little packet. So good!!!!!!!
I went to the Heeva Butcher shop to get Beef, Rasteh. I paid almost $40. The beef quality was bad and tough. The beef was not soft and chewable, and the taste and texture fell below expectations. Improvement is needed in sourcing higher-quality beef. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Heeva is cleean and wllnorganized b persian grocery store. The price c are at the midrange. The bread qualuty b sucks and it is not even at the midvrange. The warm foodbisbpricy in vomparevtio other persian stires. In total the staffs are good and polit except the warm food section.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food at this restaurant! The portions were generous and the quality was excellent. I will definitely be returning for both dining and shopping.
