Varadero E Restô - Tisch reservieren

The food is very good and the drinks I tried were great. The only problem is the service, the waiters are slow, inattentive, a bit rude, to order something you have to keep looking for a waiter and calling. When the meal ended, they didn't bring a dessert menu, I had to go find a waiter to ask. They also didn't pay attention to bring more beer when they finished, it took too long for another one to arrive. Another problem is that there is no parking. The food is worth it but the anger with the service is not.

I ordered a pizza today, April 13th, and they didn't deliver the ketchup. I called the establishment to check whether or not they deliver with this option. And oddly enough, the girl who answered the phone asked to complain on the iFood platform. Even explaining that we would pay for this additional fee. The pizza is really good but the customer service on the phone left a lot to be desired. First and last time.
