I hadn't been going to v. crespo for a long time, and I was surprised how they managed to maintain the solvency that gives the solera, the security that they give years of being on the front line and the certainty that we have to evolve to preserve that place. simply the fish pate of snack gives a hint of what gives itself the letter. the apple filled with my duck cradle is a sample of exquisite simplicity, such as the tosta of boquerones and anchovies. the traditional cod to the bras is very good and the dessert of basil and delicious citrus. with water and three glasses of wine the invoice barely exceeded the most recommended.
It's the best thing about gijon. a good restaurant, of which only enter the smell announces you... that rich.. and it is true. not only good quality and meticulous preparation of dishes but also excellent service. Now refurbished above it is very nice ,acogedor and sailor or better said Marino....We asked for dishes to share and brought us all already distributed for the individual so that it would be more comfortable . the apple filled with micuit de foie as always impeccable. is unbelievable . the awesome fish and excellent good relationship quality price. unforgivable not to visit him in our visits to gijon.
What a fabulous experience! Outstanding food and service. The waiter recommended a really well matched wine, We began with the ensalada de bonita en escabeche, which was a lovely starter. The lubina was amazing I think it has become my favorite fish. The deserts...wow. The almond cake was one of the best deserts I've had in Spain. The lemon pie was also outstanding. I will go back whenever I'm in the area.
Después de muchos años volví a este restaurante con unos buenos amigos. Comimos de entrada y para compartir jamón ibérico de bellota y tortilla de bacalao y de segundo plato manos de cerdo, calamares guisados en su tinta y tres pedimos bacalao al pil-pil y a v. crespo. Quizás sea uno de los mejores restaurantes de Gijón El servicio estupendo y la comida espectacular. Nos gustó absolutamente todo. El salpicón de Bugre (delicioso), Arroz con pulpo y oricios (espectacular) y el postre Albahaca y cítricos (delicatesen). El servicio amable, rápido y correcto El local limpio, luminoso Sin duda un lugar para repetir
Si no es recomendado, es difícil de encontrar, pero la realidad es que vale mucho la pena. Decoración elegante, servicio exquisito y los platos un arte. Destacaría la variedad de la bodega. Espectacular!!!
