love vee vee. this place is hidden near the JP statue and would be easy to miss if they were not introduced in past (on a cursor look, they would forgive for thinking vee vee is a hip boutique or designer coffee shop.) however, it is a wonderful small restaurant with solid dressing and a great service. perfect for getting in with friends or a casual date at night! at my last visit I had the chicken special roasted on Tuesday. how times are hard, it seemed that the portions were smaller than in the years before, but I still remained satisfied, as the huh and the sides the perfect amount of taste and came very fast.
my wife and I enjoyed a delicious dinner here. the cod was cooked nicely and delicious with the root vegetables and the wintersquash ravioli also delicious. crispy shiiitake mushrooms were a tasty appetizer and the apple cbbler a nice opportunity to finish the meal. alex has offered a great service. will go back to try the gorditas!
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. It is a perfect spot for a romantic evening. They offer a vegan main course, a few vegan starters, and a vegan dessert. we haven't eaten in a restaurant since the pandemic. we were off by ourselves which was nice, we just had a great time, and enjoyed the food. not a full service bar as far as we could tell. we are planning on going back again
the gorditas and one or two apps are vegan. not a large selection, but the menu is small. in consideration of most restaurants in boston have not even real vegan options, I guess they have made an effort. wein is also great!
they had several vegan appetizers and one main. what we had was delicious. they had also dessert a vegan, pretty good. nice server and good evening atmosphere.
