A visiting family brought some treats from VDB for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised by both the gesture and the delicious desserts. The Tiramisu Cheesecake was incredible and one of the best vegan cheesecakes we have ever tasted. The Chocolate Biscotti was also fantastic, hitting the spot especially with coffee. The Danish Rum Balls reminded us of old memories and were perfectly flavored with rum. The Butter Pecan Tarts were very good, not too sweet and perfectly baked. However, the Danish Pastry did not appeal to my taste. Overall, a satisfying dessert experience.
I was thrilled to discover this coffee shop! Although we are not vegans, my mother and I were searching for a cozy spot to enjoy coffee and conversation. The ambiance was wonderful, and the lady at the front was very friendly (presumably the owner). We ordered a chocolate muffin, a cinnamon danish, and particularly enjoyed the pumpkin muffin. The coffee was unique (as we are accustomed to cow or goat milk). Everything was served in paper cups and boxes (no dishes), likely due to COVID-19 precautions. We will definitely return!
Drove for over an hour through rush hour to get here, and it was closed (I checked before leaving and Google showed that it was open). Pretty disappointing, as this was going to be a celebratory treat for my son's last day of school. Still giving it 5 stars, since it's great that there's a vegan place in this area (so hard to find), and I'm sure it was an honest mistake. But urging the owners to update the hours so that others don't waste their time coming when it's closed.
After living in the area and driving by this place for over 10 years I finally decided to give this place a try. Everything here is absolutely incredible. I literally want to try everything. And most of the baked good you can’t even tell that they are vegan. They have a nice cozy space inside to sit down and they also have a fridge that includes many none baked vegan products for purchase such as frozen foods. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Love them so much! All these 4 years we 're here in GTA. We moved 3 times. Now living 13 km from this cafe. But still come here every time we have time for rest (we 're parents of 3 . Best tasted vegan cupcakes, cakes (all the Birthdays celebrate with them , coffee and hot chocolate!!! Soups and sandwiches. 'Meat ' Ball Sub is really perfect and is enough to fuel my body! This is a nice renovated café that offers a variety of delicious desserts, coffee and cakes, they have also gluten free options.I ordered a Chocolate cake with Vanilla Icing for my daughters birthday and it was delicious, tasted amazing!The store is renovated now and it has sitting to enjoy your tea or coffee with an amazing dessert. I will post pictures.
Everything here is excellent! My personal favourites are the tiramisu cheesecake, blueberry cheesecake, and the Boston cream croissant. The carrot cake, danishes, turnovers, and brownies are all really tasty as well. I got a whole blueberry cheesecake for my birthday and everybody who tried it (non-vegans) loved it!
I love this place! It is a very cute, and the food is delicious. I love their cheeses, their butter pecan tarts, their peanut butter cups, and their sundaes. I have only tried their gluten-free options, and they have a good variety of them. They're super nice there too! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I am delighted to have discovered this restaurant! The desserts are incredibly delicious and are safe for families with food allergies, such as eggs and tree nuts. We especially enjoyed the chocolate angel cake and will definitely be returning here regularly.
