Four of us went for lunch. The restaurant is small, but so pretty and engaging; like a little Victorian Tea house. There was a small menu of vegan food and a larger option of vegan dessert. All 4 of us had a different lunch. Not plentiful, but enough. Very very good tasting. We each had a different delicious dessert. I had an almond cake and cappuccino with almond mild. Delicious. I certainly would return for coffee and dessert; meal is somewhat small. WE all enjoyed our different selections, though. The enjoyment was sitting in such a pretty place, relaxing with friends and enjoying treats.
A visiting family brought some treats from VDB for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised by both the gesture and the delicious desserts. The Tiramisu Cheesecake was incredible and one of the best vegan cheesecakes we have ever tasted. The Chocolate Biscotti was also fantastic, hitting the spot especially with coffee. The Danish Rum Balls reminded us of old memories and were perfectly flavored with rum. The Butter Pecan Tarts were very good, not too sweet and perfectly baked. However, the Danish Pastry did not appeal to my taste. Overall, a satisfying dessert experience.
I was thrilled to discover this coffee shop! Although we are not vegans, my mother and I were searching for a cozy spot to enjoy coffee and conversation. The ambiance was wonderful, and the lady at the front was very friendly (presumably the owner). We ordered a chocolate muffin, a cinnamon danish, and particularly enjoyed the pumpkin muffin. The coffee was unique (as we are accustomed to cow or goat milk). Everything was served in paper cups and boxes (no dishes), likely due to COVID-19 precautions. We will definitely return!
After living in the area and driving by this place for over 10 years I finally decided to give this place a try. Everything here is absolutely incredible. I literally want to try everything. And most of the baked good you can’t even tell that they are vegan. They have a nice cozy space inside to sit down and they also have a fridge that includes many none baked vegan products for purchase such as frozen foods. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
Love them so much! All these 4 years we 're here in GTA. We moved 3 times. Now living 13 km from this cafe. But still come here every time we have time for rest (we 're parents of 3 . Best tasted vegan cupcakes, cakes (all the Birthdays celebrate with them , coffee and hot chocolate!!! Soups and sandwiches. 'Meat ' Ball Sub is really perfect and is enough to fuel my body! This is a nice renovated café that offers a variety of delicious desserts, coffee and cakes, they have also gluten free options. I ordered a Chocolate cake with Vanilla Icing for my daughters birthday and it was delicious, tasted amazing! The store is renovated now and it has sitting to enjoy your tea or coffee with an amazing dessert. I will post pictures.
Went to pick up some vegan cup cake and other dessert for my daughter that is Vegan for her birthday. They have added more options and it has area for sitting and enjoy coffee or tea with yummy desserts and a others wil be back for sure. I had the apple pie, cup cakes and olive empanada
There were some yummy goodies there. It is small but cozy and quaint.. I had a cupcake, a brownie, a jam turnover...all great. I also bought vegan marshmallows and a tin of vegan tuna. This was the only thing I was not really fond of. It still had a fishy smell to it.
While I enjoyed my cinnamon twist and my girlfriend liked her raspberry stick we both did not like the coffee and went somewhere else. This is a nice little place when we can enjoy small indoor places again. I would go back again and get a coffee elsewhere.
