This is a must if you are visiting Lienz or areas nearby. Katarina is a very warm and welcoming host who is passionate about sustainable food. The meal is set having been determined by Katarina based on what is in her garden. The ambiance of the restaurant is very pleasant I was expecting something rustic and woodsy but the tables were set with white linens, nice glassware, etc. The kitchen is professional and as far as I could tell, high end. I have traveled for a few weeks with my family around the Austrian/Italian alps and I have found myself that I have pure pasta with tomato sauce or pizza with only tomato sauce and oil for in the grunde 9/10 of my meal as a result I have not received my nutrients I lacked energy and the feeling super low, which really took a toll on my body. to the happiness I came over this beautiful little place up in the mountains with the most amazing eat! It makes every day a set menu on the basis of the food that it has available in its garden and makes everything from ground up, it is absolutely amazing and the dame that leads the place is the most beautiful and beautiful person. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber! Meine Mutter und ich haben diesen Ort online gefunden und beschlossen, es auszuprobieren. Ich empfehle, ein GPS zu benutzen, um dorthin zu gelangen, da der Standort nicht sehr öffentlich ist. Das Essen war großartig und alles vegan. Unser Essen war sehr durchdacht und frisch zubereitet, also empfehle ich es definitiv, wenn sie in der Nähe sind. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!
Meine vegetarische Tochter hat diesen Ort während unserer Reise in die österreichischen Alpen entdeckt. Mir hat das Essen wirklich gut geschmeckt, besonders die Lupinen-Gnocchi. Kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Auch das Weiße Bier war sehr gut!
