I dined at First Bistro, located at 7905 W Sahara Ave Ste. 103, Las Vegas, NV 89117, with a party of four on April 13, 2022, around 3 PM. We had planned to visit a nearby restaurant, but since it was closed on Tuesdays, we decided to try First Bistro next door. The restaurant was entirely empty except for our group, and I must say, the ambiance was stunning—five stars! The beautiful string lights, pops of brick walls, and minimalist, clean design created a lovely atmosphere. Now, for those looking for a fantastic dining experience, here’s the scoop: Chef Eva and her team have reopened! My friends and I indulged ourselves there tonight. I enjoyed the ribs accompanied by mac and cheese and veggies, while one friend had the blackened fish with the same sides, and his wife opted for the petite lobster.
