I’d like to start with telling how friendly the staff was. The food I would not recommend. Mushrooms with garlic for starters: overpriced. Not very special. The chicken croquette were a bit dry, I didn’t find the chicken. Also overpriced. Main courses: Paella. Could use a little bit more taste Meat with port sauce: was oke. Fettuccini with chicken, garlic and mushrooms was not good. Some burned pieces of mushrooms or garlic which flavour had taken over the taste of the dish. Looking back, I should’ve send my dish back…
Very sorry to say but I think that the quality has gone down since this was taken over by Milano. Feels like a frozen reheat job with dried out oven chips and poor veg on the side. Used to be one of my favourites but sadly no longer. Change of chef perhaps? Still, it was nice to see Miguel who is one of my all time favourite waiters : This review is no reflection upon him and I wish him well.
I have always liked this restaurant but I cannot recommend it anymore. It seems Milano has taken it over and I presume they must be using Milano's chef and kitchen now. The food was tepid at best, bland and tasteless. I could describe the meal in infinite detail, but honestly I don't want to. There are far better restaurants next door, so go and visit them and don't waste your money here.
We visited this place twice. Marcel the waiter was hilarious. First visit we had lamb chops and sole and the food was perfect. We loved the service so much returned the next night and had gnocchi, mixed seafood grill and sea bass …. We were not disappointed! This has ti be the worst meal i have ever had. My wife had sea bass which was dry overcooked and full of bones. I had canarian chicken which i think was pissibly older than me. Meat was tough and chewy. Wont be going again. Disappointed as my wife had gone 6 montha ago and had enjoyed her meal.
Went here for a meal as we had a voucher for a free bottle of wine, and the service and the food was delicious, well presented by pleasant friendly staff. We went a second night without the free bottle of wine and the food and service were still excellent. Would definitely recommend it.
Poor food poor service. Ordered padrón peppers and grilled cheese. Both arrived from a different restaurant and looked and tasted reheated. Agua con gas served with no ice or lemon. Overpriced and poor
We’ve been coming here for years. Always guaranteed a good meal and good service. There’s a good choice on the menu and the prices are reasonable. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We enjoyed the meal here. Excellent stuffed mushrooms and salmon. Rabbit was a little dry but accompanying sauces helped with this.
