This was by far the worst breakfast I have ever had. I wasn’t super hungry, and decided to just get a side of sausage links, toast, and an orange juice. My father ordered an omelette.First, they gave my dad the wrong meal. He’s not one to complain, and decided he would just eat the scrambled eggs in front of him. Came here after a late night while in the area for business; we were staying in the hotel and I didn't want to walk anywhere. I had an enjoyable evening. I sat outside in the plaza and really enjoyed the general ambience of the fire and the fountains. I had a pretty nice meal the lemon saffron scallops appetizer was great, and my entree (garlic tofu noodles) was pretty good. There was a minor issue with my dish (they left the tofu out) but it was quickly resolved (brought me a plate of sauteed tofu to mix in) and then they also gave me a free dessert. Very nice and elegant restaurant inside of the hotel. The menu is limited but diverse and the kitchen is good (everything I tried so far was fresh and tasty). A bit pricey, but no surprise there. I had lunch here a couple of times, and it was always only a few other dinners. There is also a bar with wide selection of liquors, wine (beer selection is the popular brands).
Hit or miss place. Burger was great. But the Salmon Wedge Salad was abysmal. Unappealing piece of Salmon with Iceberg Lettuce. Tomatoes looked like the had been refrigerated too long. Wait Staff is very friendly and attentive. For a hotel restaurant, I would expect a little bit better food quality.

Had reservation for months. Restaurant did not hold reservation. Showed up at reservation time. No tables. 90 minute+ wait. just told us “too bad” and we should try to go somewhere else. We were staying at hotel. No offer for take-out, nothing.
We ate at Ventanas at the invitation of a friend. It was more expensive than what we're used to, but the food, service, and ambiance were worth the price.
I can’t say enough about Cesar. He is the manager here at the restaurant. He graciously accommodated our very special dietary needs. What a gentleman!
Not sure why ratings are so low but solid hotel restaurant with friendly staff and yummy
