I was excited to visit Verd and try a healthy bowl because I knew it would leave me feeling nourished and wholesome. Even my picky eater friend enjoyed the different bowl options. I decided to try the Myoko bowl, as I enjoy Japanese inspired dishes. Personally, I found there to be a bit too much pickled ginger for my taste, but that could just be a matter of preference. I finally got to visit Verd and I tried the salad with tempeh (forgot the name) and it was sooo good! Full of flavour and the tempeh itself was very rich and savoury, I honestly loved it. I am very disappointed that manly offers so little food vegan options, but Verd is making up for it. Service was quick and lovely too. Also great that they don’t serve in disposable bowls by default, like most other restaurants around, which is irresponsible considering the climate change. Thanks
Another Super Healthy option in Manly. I think they're taking it to the next level. Leaning more towards the vegan menu.no meat options. I did thoroughly enjoy my warm salad I was disappointed that I can't get cow's milk with my coffee it just tastes wrong with all the other types of so called milk. If it doesn't come from an udder it's not milk.i will go back and try some of there other meals . But not the coffee
I had the rohrad thai it was good but not as good as i remember it was when this place was called zeitgeist and was into cbd and had the rainbow rohrad thai. It was still really tasty fresh and zesty. Manly is packed with salad bowl places I like, as my salad was less expensive and quick. I also want to support a vegan business.

If you find yourself in Manly like we did, it’s very close to the ferry so an easy place to grab a light dinner. The food was light and tasty though I am disappointed that there was no avocado in my bowl as it was listed as an ingredient. Left out the best part!
I ordered the Caesar salad and found the dressing to be overpowering. It was disappointing to spend so much money on a salad that I couldn't finish. I would recommend trying the Banana Blossom or Fish Bowl instead.
Big bowls, lots of fibre to fill you up and get your nutrients in! One of my favourite, quick, lunch spots!
I had the Mango bowl with ponzu sauce. Super delicious and I would come back to this place again and again

The menu offers a fantastic selection. The rice bowls are a great value, delicious, and very satisfying.
Extremely friendly staff scrumptious bowls! My fave is the Chipotle Caesar
