A must-see address if you are visiting Carbuccia. A cuisine full of flavours (notably a mozzarella tomato as we have never eaten, with excellent garden products or very local products. Delicious dishes from beginning to end (mention for cheese plate, with real Corsican cheeses . In an incredible setting, near the garden, terrace overlooking the mountains, between singing cigales and odors of the maquis. All served by the very friendly Véronique who was of extreme kindness, and exchanges with Chef Vincent at the end of the meal that was very pleasant (notably recommendation of excellent randed in the region for which we thank him.
