Las instalaciones muy amplias y el personal atento siempre en todo momento y nos han ayudado siempre en todo lo que hemos necesitado, mención especial para Tania, Sandra, y el chico que está por la noche, que son personas maravillosas, grandes profesionales, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento y también agradecer al personal de limpieza por su amabilidad. Fantastic experience! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt truly welcomed. The receptionist, Tania, made a wonderful first impression with her kindness and professionalism. The room was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. As for breakfast, there was a great variety of fresh food, and the portions were more than generous. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and I will definitely be returning!
We had a good stay at Hotel Vértice Sevilla Aljarafe. The staff were okay and the overall experience was pleasant. The hotel is also in a convenient location, around a 20-minute drive from central Seville. Breakfast was not amazing, but it was acceptable. Parking is available at the hotel, although it does come with an extra charge. The restaurant was very good and we really enjoyed having dinner there with the family.
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vértice Aljafar. I especially want to highlight Tania at the reception, she was incredibly kind, warm, and professional. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and went out of her way to help us. It's rare to encounter such a genuine and caring person in hospitality. Tania is a true asset to this hotel.

Lo primero de todo, un 10 para la recepcionista Tania. No es un hotel para cuatro estrellas, los baños necesitan una reforma, LA INSONORIZACIÓN DE LAS VENTANAS ES ALGO MUY URGENTE, el ruido de la carretera de enfrente es ensordecedor.
Habitación limpia y camas comodas. Desayuno en fin de semana caótico. Horario del gim de reírse jajjaa a las 9h los que trabajamos temprano y llegamos tarde al hotel no podemos madrugar para usar la cinta.
