It might look like your regular average pizza/pasta restaurant, but Via Fratelli is above that. The food is always really, really good and the service is pretty much always spot on. It's a very casual restaurant, and certainly not fine dining, but if you're wanting...that good, comforting and homely meal, that's what you'll get here. While I usually have their gnocci (which is always soft and beautiful) and have tried a chicken pizza once (and thoroughly enjoyed it), the last time I went, I ordered their special which was a homemade roasted pumpkin, sage and ricotta ravioli, with a delicious sage butter and cream sauce. I just celebrated an important birthday in this restaurant. eating was abundantly beneficial. my wife I both had very tasty house made pasta dishes, followed by tasty deserts. the corkage for our special bottle wein was a reasonable $8....The vibe was fantastic here a real uplift over the place. a wood stove that offers a warm room on a cold winter night. the pizzas looked very inviting next time. the service was excellent, with very attentive employees. I even have an illuminated candle on my desert as recognition of my birthday. we have been in most Italian restaurants in the region malvern for many years. this place is located near the top of the list. we will definitely come back.
They put us outside which was fine but the 3 of us had one table and a large family with very young children had the other. As they ran around eating their pizza bumping into my partners jumper and leaving red sauce on it no...one seems to care. The pizza was soggy and we could only have a couple of pieces. When they asked how was everything we told them and they said well it is a family restaurant. We have been to many FAMILY restaurants and we have never had this happen let alone the staff comment like that. Won’t be going back and will let others know as well.

Saturday night and this place was buzzing. Went with a group of 8 and service was good without being overbearing. Good Italian fare although there were some doubts about whether the place was actually run by Italians... Pizzas and pasta are their staples but...they do have a few other main course choices. Wine list is limited but we brought our own bottle corkage $8 per bottle.
This restaurant is close to my friend home they are regulars . I don't eat carbohydrates as I'm on a keto diet. I chose the stuffed lamb fillet for my main and it was tender and very tasty I had the chips changed for veg.the...whole experience was lovely . My friends enjoyed there pizza and chicken parmigiana. The calamari were also very tender.
Restaurant great for children and adults. Food was terrific and came reasonably quickly which is wonderful when you have three hungry children to satisfy plus four adults. BYO wine but plenty of assorted drinks on the list at fair prices. Pizza plus other Italian dishes...to choose from. Lovely staff.
well in some way not good in others. the menu is, I think the same is eating well. the service is missing. the employees are good to foot without looking at the occupied tables. it is not the same as it was once.

the waiter and kitchen staff did not use masks prescribed by the victoria health Covid regulation. very despised. we don't go back even though we were satisfied with eating.
