no opinion between medium and very good so I put very good while thinking that my experience was good. In the province and especially in blois, there is very little authentic Asian cuisine. via vietnam is an authentic Vietnamese cuisine restaurant. However, the dishes have an uneven quality/quantity ratio from one dish to another. Example: a very light shrimp salad and for a little over one euro more, we have a great rich and well-stocked bun. The service is difficult because it lacks communication, smile and trust. But for most dishes, it’s worth waiting...

very good dishes, but much too long service...50 minutes between our arrival and the arrival of the dishes, in week with a not complete restaurant. the middle staff, we are not sure to come back
