no opinion between medium and very good so I put very good while thinking that my experience was good. In the province and especially in blois, there is very little authentic Asian cuisine. via vietnam is an authentic Vietnamese cuisine restaurant. However, the dishes have an uneven quality/quantity ratio from one dish to another. Example: a very light shrimp salad and for a little over one euro more, we have a great rich and well-stocked bun. The service is difficult because it lacks communication, smile and trust. But for most dishes, it’s worth waiting...
We ate great in this restaurant, the boss was very nice and tasty dishes, the vegetarian option is excellent, a noodle salad with vegetal noodles and tofu with a curry sauce, really great! The decor and the atmosphere are also at the rendezvous, the place is rather soothing, moreover, very affordable and generous quantity

The best kids I've ever tasted. Unmissable address when I go to Blois. Too bad there are no more Cantonese rice in the lunch menu in the week. More than recommended.
