I thought that the food was tasty, but my experience turned sour due to service. We got there at 9 and ordered at 9:30. I was aware that the restaurant closes at 10 and could see that service staff were eager to leave, which I understand because of how laborious and exhaustive it is to work in the hospitality industry, but that shouldn’t warrant a lack of attention from service. We ordered 200 worth of food drinks and we had to get up for plates utensils, even though only a few people remained in the restaurant. On top of that we were charged auto gratuity for a group of 3, which made matters worse. If auto gratuity is implemented then service should be at least somewhat consistent.
The food was decent, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. We were not offered water, and when we did request it, it wasn’t even cold. We were never asked if we wanted appetizers or dessert. I had higher expectations for this place given its 4.5-star rating, but to be honest, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
The service was awful. There were three empty tables with five seats available, but they refused to let us sit there because we were only two people. The staff showed no concern for customers, so we ended up leaving. The restaurant was also dirty, with a disgusting floor, and the tables weren't cleared in a timely manner.
Food is always delicious and fresh. Plenty of choices on excellent Peruvian food including what they are known for in Preu which is seafood. The service here is just ok. It's a shame because with this quality of food you would think they would train their staff better. Had to ask for everything over and over. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
One of the top peruvian restaurants in Soun Florida. I have tried many times this place and it is always good. It is lunch menu is 15 dollars and super worthy. Last time I was there i had the Parihuela, super delicious. The aji de gallina was also very good, thick with alot chicken
today I ordered ceviche de pescado estaba vien malo lo ques nunca it was very bad no tast like it has been old fish was rubbery because i eat there every weekend but today the fish was bad, bad experience i told the waiter amelia she just smiled and said nothing. not good at all.
Wednesday 12:30pm Good service, just one server who was a little busy but always with a good attitude. Food: Green spaghetti with meat: very delicious Mixed ceviche: very delicious good place to come eat

I love leche de tigre and churrasco, I'm not Peruvian but being there makes me want to know more about Peru and its delights!!!!
