Service was extremely slow as was the wait for our food. There were no more than 5 other tables with other diners but the servers and kitchen didn’t seem to have any urgency. We went for restaurant week didn’t order off of that menu as nothing appealed to us), we have wanted to try Victors for some time. We were served luke warm tap water I watched the server fill the water craft in a sink with a dirty bucket dish towel in it) at the table, flies were bothersome while dining and the $11 chocolate cake was enough for 3 bites. Very disappointing- we won’t be back.
Food was mediocre. Went for restaurant week all they were featuring was pizza. Very disappointed. I had the meat ball sandwich and the description was a meat ball in a baguette with sauce and cheese. Arrived one meatball between two pieces of hard bread. I ask where the sauce was and she claimed they must have forgotten. She did bring sauce by could not eat as a sandwich. And fries were pieces and cold. My partner got the spaghetti and meat balls but said the sauce was tasteless. Would not return. Even service was slow. I guess this is really just a pizza place.
Unfortunately there is nothing to rate on Victor's, as we were walking up to the entrance for our reservation that evening, we found a note attached to the door that it had closed! Very disappointing; for one we relied on Open Table for this reservation for the evening and did not make another second appt anywhere else. Secondly, this was a special occasion with friends to celebrate and we were left with no place to dine due to this disappointing end to an evening.
Although we booked a reservation on Open Table and received a confirmation and reminder, we were disappointed when we arrived to find that Victors has closed, permanently. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at Coalition down the street where we heard the space will re-open shortly under new ownership as an Italian restaurant. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We had great food and exceptional service. The wait staff was very attentive. I thought the prices were a little high, but overall a great experience.
As soon as we were seated the host realized that the A/C needed to be adjusted as it was quite chilly. I appreciated that very much.
Food was absolutely awful. It was cold, flavorless and absolutely terrible. So disappointing.
