During my visit to Vida Espresso today, I had an unpleasant experience with the man at the register. He pushed us to place our order in a rather unfriendly way, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. The small 'petit cupcakes' were priced at $4.20, which felt quite overpriced. In the end, we chose to take our business elsewhere, and it seemed that we weren't alone in feeling this way.
The prices are excessively high. Even though I asked to have certain items removed from the bruschetta I ordered, they charged me an extra $6 just for adding tomato and feta. When I raised this concern, the staff member replied, "That's what our boss instructed us to do." Unbelievable! It's no wonder that cafes like this don't tend to survive for long.
Underrated... This is my favorite café at Robina Town Centre. It might not seem impressive at first glance, as the kitchen is roughly the size of my walk-in wardrobe, but the quality of the food for breakfast and lunch is outstanding—surpassing that of many restaurants in the area.
The service at this restaurant is very disappointing. The so-called manager is unprofessional, rude, and exhibits aggressive behavior. My friends and I have decided not to return. I've contacted the owner to let him know about the truly incompetent staff he has hired. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
My friends and I are frequent patrons of Vida, and we consistently enjoy wonderful service with a smile. The food and coffee are top-notch—truly the best in the area. It's definitely a five-star experience!
A charming little café situated near the Apple Store at Robina Town Centre. I absolutely love their strawberry milkshake. The food and drink portions are perfectly sized and really tasty.
I dine at this restaurant five days a week, so I may have a bias, but the food is absolutely fantastic—prepared fresh every day. Without question, it offers the best coffee in the area!
