II don't usually write reviews but I felt impelled to write this review due to experience I had there today. I has been a while since we've came to this side of the town to have pho. We specifically came to this place but food and service has definitely changed. Pho tasted water down today and meat for the pho looks like it has been sitting for some time. Then, the worse part about my experience today was when the lady at the front register question me on how much I tipped and why not the minimum 15%. I showed her how much I tipped and she went and grab the menu book and pointed out and told me they usually charge 4 people or more 15%. I asked her, if you automatically charge 15% why didn't...
I've been a regular at this restaurant for about three years, and they consistently exceed my expectations! The vegetables are always fresh and crunchy, and the portion sizes are just right. They serve some of the best tofu I've ever had, and I truly appreciate how vegetarian-friendly their menu is. While some negative reviews claim the food is bland, I completely disagree. Everything I've tasted has been delicious, and the owners are wonderful! Definitely give it a try; it's the best!
Had a tremendous experience here today. These are such lovely, adorable and happy people. I enjoyed my Taro Bubble Tea with Boba pearls, and ate this fabulous rice noodle with meatball dish. My dad usually gets the pork house special. It’s a great value, and the employees are truly gracious. Open at 10 on a Saturday morning, which is lovely for a brunch spot. Food is served on real dishes (porcelain). A 5/5 all the way around. Thanks.
Today, I stopped by for a take-out order, and a family walked in right behind me. The employees welcomed them warmly and congratulated them on their new six-month-old baby. They even remembered the last time they had seen this family (4-5 months ago) and mentioned how much they had missed them. It was heartwarming to see how attentive they are to their customers.
I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Really good food, and friendly people! I tried something new a beef stew that comes with a fresh baguette for dipping. Yum! The dish I had was BA6 Banh Mi Bo Kho. It 's under the menu 's Fresh Vietnamese Sandwiches section, but it 's really a soup that comes with bread. Glad I tried something new! Their prices are also very reasonable.
I really liked the soup house atmosphere i had high hopes ...I ordered the spring rolls , spicy oyster chicken wings , pho 1 and a Vietnamese coffee. The spring rolls were okay. I didn't like spicy oyster chicken wings. The pho was a little bland i tried doctoring it up .... the best part of the meal was the Vietnamese coffee.
Best pho hands down. I also recommend the egg rolls and spring rolls. I've been eating here for probably 10 years. We moved farther away, but still make the 30+ mile drive when we can because their pho is so good! The staff is very friendly and owner recognizes us and chats.
If it were possible, I would give this place six stars! The food was fantastic, but the staff and service were even better. This was the best Vietnamese iced coffee we've had in Minnesota. The pho was excellent, and my bun dish was also really delicious. See you tomorrow!

First time ordering trying beef pho (rather than chicken) It was SO good. I requested veggies as well they were perfectly cooked (not overdone). I will definitely be coming back for more!
